Product description
Hydrophilic, vulcanized, elastic rubber tape that expands with water, mixed with chloroprene rubber and hydrophilic resin. It expands by 800% in contact with water in ready-mixed concrete elements and reinforced concrete.

• In underground construction joints,
• At the joints of concrete elements,
• In vertical construction joints,
• In pipe joints passing through reinforced concrete,
• In concrete-steel joints,
• It is used in reinforced concrete structures exposed to high pressure water.

Application Instructions
It should be attached to smooth surfaces, between interior and exterior reinforcement, with 4-5 nails per meter or TEKNOPOLIDERZ 1K mastic. On rough surfaces; ± 3 mm. It is pressed well into the putty in width, in addition to the mastic, it should be attached with 4-5 nails per meter. F and S types can be applied in pipe transitions. All of the profiles must be in contact with the joint surface to ensure full sealing. Profile ends should be added to complement each other. The ends of the relays must be centered with each other to ensure joint integrity. Quantities are needed as much as the joint length to be applied.

Application Notes / Limitations
• Application under heavy rain should be avoided.
• The tape should be covered with an epoxy-based product, such as around pipe inlets and outlets. Since it will expand and swell with water, it will discard other applications other than epoxy.
