Teknomer 700 Hybrid Polymer Based Waterproofing Material

Product description
It is a one-component, ready-to-use, waterproofing material that has been modified with new generation hybrid resins, maintains its permanent elastic structure, can be applied to damp surfaces, is UV resistant, does not contain solvents and water, is 100%, cures by reacting with the humidity in the air.

Application Instructions
The surfaces must be clean, smooth, solid, free from all kinds of dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold oil, detergent, etc. If there is segregation in the concrete, damaged and loose parts should be discarded and weak pieces should be removed. If there are cracks or cavities on the floor or wall where the application will be made, they should be repaired with appropriate TEKNOREP repair mortars. TEKNOMER 700 can be applied to the surface with a brush or roller.

TEKNOMER 700 is a ready-to-use product and can be taken out of its packaging and used directly. It should be applied evenly and using a Special Roller (short pile roller). It is recommended that the application be made in a single layer at the desired thickness. If it is applied in two layers, the first layer should not be dry to the touch. If desired, carrier glass fiber can be used as reinforcement between floors.

After the application, it should be protected against adverse weather conditions such as direct sunlight, strong wind, high air temperature (over +35°C), rain and frost. Before the product is fully cured, hands should be cleaned with water and detergent.

Equipment should be cleaned with TEKNO THINNER right after the application, before it hardens. After the product hardens, it should be cleaned by mechanical methods.

Application Notes / Limitations
• Foreign materials should not be added.
• If it is applied in two layers, the first layer should not be dry to the touch.
• It should not be applied in the rain.
• It is not applied on bitumen.
• The product should not be diluted with water.
• Rain, etc., until the newly applied material completes its hardening. must be protected against weather conditions.
