Product description
Coating material with high physical and chemical resistance, containing specially selected cement and aggregates. Protects structures against biogenic sulfuric acid corrosion caused by Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S).

Application details
Surface Quality: The surfaces must be clean, smooth, solid, free from all kinds of dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold oil, detergent, etc. Weak parts on the surface should be removed.

Surface Preparation: Cement slurry and weakened parts should be removed, and there should be no materials such as oil, dirt and rust on the surface. Absorbent surfaces should be pre-wetted, but water puddles and drops should not remain.

Surface and Ambient Temperature: (+)5°C - (+)35°C

Mixing: Take 2.5 - 3.0 lt. from normal ambient temperature into a clean container free of all kinds of non-adhesive substances. clean, clear water is poured. Application Method and Equipment
Tekno AD primer, which is used for fusing old concrete with new concrete, can also be used on the application surface. The prepared mortar is applied to the surface with a trowel or by spraying. If necessary, clover is pulled to ensure the smoothness of the surface. Applications with a wall thickness of more than 40 mm should be made in layers.

Application Notes and Limitations
• If there is active water leakage, it should be stopped using Teknoplug.
• The application surface should be protected from sun, rain and dust for 1 day and should not be applied under direct sunlight.
• Before starting the application, the surface should be moistened to the extent of water. During the application, care should be taken to keep the surface moist, not wet.
• Let the mortar set for 5 minutes and mix again for 30 seconds before starting the application.
• Corners and joints in the application area should be chamfered with Teknorep 400 SW.
• The prepared mortar should be consumed within 30 minutes. This period may be shortened in applications made under unsuitable ambient conditions such as high temperature, low humidity, and wind. Expired mortar should be discarded.
• The application areas should be waited for at least 7 days before being used or covered.
