Product description
It is a two-component, methyl methacrylate (MMA) acrylic based fast drying polymer concrete material that can be easily used indoors and outdoors. It is used in the repair of pits and cracks that cause danger and damage, which are formed on floors with heavy load traffic or under the influence of excessive chemicals (various acids, etc.) in a fast time without disrupting the traffic. It is also used as an adhesive for fast anchoring of buttons used as speed reducers.

Application Instructions
Surface Quality: Surfaces should be clean, smooth, solid, free from all kinds of dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold oil, detergent, etc. There should be no puddles, moisture and dampness on the concrete floor. It must be a dry ground, the concrete surface moisture must be below 4%.

Surface Preparation: It should be prepared by cleaning with appropriate mechanical surface preparation techniques such as high pressure water jet, vacuum, roughening, sandblasting.

Mixing: Pour component B into component A. Mix with a low-speed electric mixer until the mixture in the cloudy appearance reaches a completely homogeneous appearance. Then pour the mixture into a suitable container. Keep mixing for at least 1-2 minutes until a homogeneous and flowing mortar is obtained.

Application Notes / Limitations
• During the application of the product, work clothes in accordance with the rules of work and worker health should be worn, and appropriate glasses and masks should be used.
• It should not be forgotten that the strength and adhesion values ​​of the product will also change unless the mixing ratios are taken into consideration.
• Before the product is fully cured and hardened, hands and skin contact areas should be cleaned with water and detergent. In case of contact with eyes, a doctor should be consulted after washing with plenty of warm water and detergent.
• Equipment should be cleaned with TEKNOTINER immediately after the application, before it hardens. After the product hardens, it should be cleaned by mechanical methods.
