Product description
It is a methylmethacrylate (MMA) based, low viscosity, two component, elastic coating and repair material that can be easily used indoors and outdoors. Concrete, surface hardener, mosaic, asphalt, etc. It is a product that can be used easily in the coating of surfaces, in the repair of thin and capillary cracks.

Application details
Surface Quality: Surfaces should be clean, smooth, solid, free from all kinds of dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold oil, detergent, etc. There should be no puddles, moisture and dampness on the concrete floor. It must be a dry ground, the concrete surface moisture must be below 4%.

Surface Preparation: It should be prepared by cleaning with appropriate mechanical surface preparation techniques such as high pressure water jet, vacuum, roughening, sandblasting. Teknobond 920 is a reactive hardening product.
Depending on the air temperature during the application, 0.6-2.0% TEKNOHARDENER is added to the TEKNOBOND 920 main material and mixed thoroughly for 2-3 minutes at medium speed (500-800 rpm) with a drill.

Equipment should be cleaned with TEKNOTINER immediately after the application, before it hardens. After the product hardens, it should be cleaned by mechanical methods.

Application Instructions
The area where Teknobond 920 will be applied must be free of dust with the help of a compressor. The rotten, swaying and broken areas on the floor must be removed (Otherwise, it will break in itself and lift our product from the ground by force). It is not recommended to apply in a humid environment. It is recommended to apply at least 2 days after it rains. In post-rain applications, ground moisture should be measured with a moisture meter and shared with us.

Products must be kept from bottom to bottom for 2 minutes. It should be mixed with a mixer (300 rpm). Since the products are given in a one-to-one ratio, do not mix materials by judgment. It should be applied to the floor immediately after mixing the material. A minimum of 1 mm and a maximum of 2-3 cm are applied.

You can sprinkle any size aggregate on the surface 20-25 minutes after the material is applied on the areas to be covered. In such an application, the aggregate remains superficial. If the gravel is sprinkled immediately after the material is applied to the ground, it will penetrate into the material. In this way, you will get a shiny surface. You can open the area to pedestrian, vehicle and airplane traffic in Max.1 hour after the correct application.

After the materials reach you, keep them in a closed warehouse at room temperature without opening the mouth of the products. Take out the amount of material you will use on the field and do not open the mouth of other buckets other than the bucket you use.

Application Notes/Limitations
• During the application of the product, work clothes in accordance with the rules of work and worker health should be worn, and appropriate glasses and masks should be used.
• It should not be forgotten that if the mixing ratios change, the strength and adhesion values ​​of the product will also change.
• Application is made with the help of spatula and trowel.
• After the application, it should be protected against adverse weather conditions such as direct sunlight, strong wind, high air temperature (over +35°C), rain and frost. Before the product fully cures and hardens, hands and skin contact areas should be cleaned with water and detergent. In case of contact with eyes, a doctor should be consulted after washing with plenty of warm water and detergent.
