Product description
It is a bitumen modified, polyurethane based joint filler and waterproofing mastic with three components, resistant to jet fuels, suitable for gun consistency.

Application Instructions
Surface Quality: Surfaces should be clean, smooth, solid and dry, weak parts should be removed from the surface. Do not apply on damp surfaces.

Surface Preparation: Joints should be thoroughly cleaned with a wire brush, spiral or sandblasting prior to application, and dust should be cleared by blowing air into the joint space.
Masking tape is adhered to the upper parts of the joints, not to the middle. This application must be done in order to prevent the mastic from spreading around and to ensure that it comes out properly. It is used with a cartridge/ sausage gun/ mouth-loading gun to press the sealant into the joint. Teknopoliderz is mixed with a low-speed mixer in its three-component package and placed in the sausage gun. The tip of the joint is adjusted according to the joint opening to be applied. By pressing the sausage gun trigger, the polyurethane sealant is pushed forward. 3-5 minutes after the mastic hardens, the gloved index finger is dipped in the soap bar. Afterwards, it is ensured that the surface is smoothed by back and forth movements on the applied mastic. After this process is completed, the masking tape is removed and thrown away.

Curing Stage: A, B and C components should be applied within an average of 35 minutes after mixing. The product gets hand-dry within 24 hours, mechanical strength within 48 hours, and full strength within 7 days.

Application Notes / Limitations
• All mastication processes should be done at temperatures above (+)5 °C. Because the moisture on the surface affects the adhesion negatively.
• TEKNOBOND 110 should be applied as a primer on the joint cheeks for mineral surfaces.
• The surfaces on which TEKNOPOLIDERZ THREE COMPONENT will be applied must be absolutely dry, free from moisture and dirt.
• Drying time, different surfaces and air temperatures may affect usage and drying times.
• Values ​​are given for (+)20 °C desired temperature environment. High temperatures shorten the time, low temperatures lengthen the time.
• Sausage gun, soap bar, masking tape, scissors or utility knife can be used in the application.
• Equipment should be cleaned with TEKNOTINER immediately after the application, before it hardens.
