Product description
Cement based, flex joint filler for ceramic tiles, marble and granite. It is water repellant because it contains silicon.

Usage areas
• Indoors and outdoors,
• In large sized ceramic, tile and granite ceramic joints,
• In shallow joints of natural granite, pressed brick, marble, glass mosaic and natural stone blocks,
• Hospitals, residences and shopping centers,
• It is used in places with heavy pedestrian traffic and fast usage.

Application Instructions
Surface Quality: It should be ensured that the adhesive used in the floor covering has hardened well, and manual control should be done. Application should be made at least 24 hours after the application of the adhesive.

Surface Preparation: Surfaces should be clean, smooth, solid, free from all kinds of dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold oil, detergent, etc. Surfaces should be level, weak parts should be removed.

Application Notes / Limitations
• 6.0-6.4 lt of clean, clear water taken from normal ambient temperature is poured into a clean container free of all kinds of substances preventing adhesion.
• Joint depth should be at least 2/3 of the ceramic thickness.
• TEKNODERZ EX, in powder form, in a 20 kg bag, is poured into a container filled with water.
• It is mixed with a low speed mixer fitted with a ceramic mixer until a homogeneous mixture without lumps is obtained.
• The mortar obtained at the end of the process takes 5-10 minutes. rest, again 1-2 minutes. should be mixed until it becomes homogeneous.
