Product description
It is a cement based grouting material for ceramics and tiles.

Application Instructions
Surface Preparation: The joints on the surfaces furnished with tiles, ceramics, natural stone, pressed bricks, glass mosaic, granite and other coating materials should be thoroughly cleaned, dust-free and wiped with a damp sponge before application.

Mixing: The material becomes ready for use by simply adding water. 20 kg of TEKNODERZ is poured into 6.4 - 6.8 liters of water. The mixture is mixed with a slow speed drill until it becomes homogeneous. When the prepared mixture reaches the desired consistency, it is left to rest for 5 minutes and mixed again. The mixture is applied to the surface by means of a rubber trowel in horizontal and vertical applications.

Cleaning: After application, it should be protected against adverse weather conditions such as direct sunlight, strong wind, high air temperature (over +35°C), rain and frost. Before TEKNODERZ is fully cured and hardened, hands should be cleaned with water and detergent.

Application Notes / Limitations
• 6.4 - 6.8 liters of clean, clear water taken from normal ambient temperature is poured into a clean container free of all kinds of substances preventing adhesion.
• Joint depth should be at least 2/3 of the ceramic thickness.
• TEKNODERZ, in powder form, in a 20 kg bag, is poured into the container filled with water.
• It is mixed with a low speed mixer fitted with a ceramic mixer until a homogeneous mixture without lumps is obtained.
• The mortar obtained at the end of the process takes 5-10 minutes. rest, again 1-2 minutes. should be mixed until it becomes homogeneous.
