Application Instructions
Surface Preparation: The surfaces must be clean, smooth, solid and at the same time level. The surface should be free of oil, dirt and rust. The wall element should be damp but not puddled.

Mixing: 4.5 - 5.0 liters of clean, clear water, taken from normal ambient temperature, is poured into a clean container free of any substance preventing adhesion. TEKNOFAY 510 Pro, which is in a 25 kg bag in powder form, is poured into the container filled with water. It is mixed with a low speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture without lumps is obtained. Mixing time should be at least 3 minutes. The resulting mortar should be rested for 5 minutes and mixed again for 2 minutes until it becomes homogeneous. The sides of the pumice (briquette) blocks are filled with adhesive so that there are no gaps. The prepared mortar should be consumed within 4 hours according to the ambient temperatures. After this application, the adhesive is given its final shape with a damp sponge. Expired or crusted mortar in the container should be discarded.

Cleaning: After application, it should be protected against adverse weather conditions such as direct sunlight, strong wind, high air temperature (over +35°C), rain and frost. Cleaning should be done with water before the product is fully cured and hardened. Immediately after the application, hands and face should be washed thoroughly with soap and warm water.

Application Notes / Limitations
• The product may cause irritation in contact with the skin. Work clothes, protective gloves, masks and goggles should be used. Before starting work, a protective cream can also be applied to the hand. In case of contact with the eyes, the eyes should be immediately washed with warm water and a doctor should be consulted.
• Do not add foreign matter.
• Water should not be added to the product whose pot life has expired and it should not be used again.
• A mixer machine should definitely be used. Since the mixtures made by shovel, trowel, etc. will take more water, the consistency of the mortar will be more runny and it will cause overflow and crushing between the blocks. This situation affects the quality of the masonry negatively.
• It must be protected under ambient conditions that will remain below +5°C, it must be covered with nylon or heat insulation plates must be laid to prevent the product from being exposed to frost.
• It must be protected at temperatures above +35°C, it must be covered with nylon or heat insulation plates must be laid to prevent the product from being exposed to sudden water loss.
• Equipment should be cleaned with water immediately after the application, before it hardens. After the product hardens, it should be cleaned by mechanical methods.
