Teknolatex 200 Gross Concrete Primer
Acrylic dispersion polymer based plaster primer for gypsum and under plaster exposed concrete surfaces, horizontal and overhead applications.

Application Instructions
The surface is solid, free of loose and loose parts, free of frost, cement slurry, pond water, oil, grease, paraffin, coatings, etc. impurities and other contaminants must be removed and clean. The surface must be prepared by suitable mechanical preparation techniques such as high pressure water or abrasive equipment. All dust, loose and easily crumbled materials should be completely removed before application, preferably with a brush and/or vacuum.
It should be mixed homogeneously with a low-speed (400-600 rpm) mixer by placing a maximum of 6 liters of water in a 12 kg bucket of TEKNOLATEX 200 in a clean container free of all kinds of non-adhesive substances or in its own package. While working with TEKNOLATEX 200, it should be mixed at certain intervals. Apply to the surface by brush, roller and spray.
Application Notes / Limitations
• The product may cause irritation in contact with the skin. Work clothes, protective gloves, masks and goggles should be used. Before starting work, a protective cream can also be applied to the hand. In case of contact with the eyes, the eyes should be immediately washed with warm water and a doctor should be consulted.
• Do not add foreign matter.
• Pre-testing is recommended for different applications.
• After the application, it should be protected against adverse weather conditions such as direct sunlight, strong wind, high air temperature (over +35°C), rain and frost. Before the product is fully cured and hardened, hands should be cleaned with water and detergent.
• Equipment should be cleaned with water immediately after the application, before it hardens. After the product hardens, it should be cleaned by mechanical methods.
