Product description
It is a special mortar prepared for historical buildings that do not contain cement. It is a plaster mortar that provides breathability and has high water vapor permeability.

Application Instructions
Surface Quality: The surfaces must be clean, smooth, solid, free of all kinds of dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold oil, detergent, etc. Weak parts on the surface should be removed.

Surface Preparation: It should be noted that the surfaces to be repaired and plastered of historical masonry structures are solid, dust-free and clean. The surface is free of all kinds of oil, grease, rust, etc. that will weaken the adherence. must be thoroughly cleaned. The wall surface to be applied must be moistened beforehand in order to improve the adhesion and setting time of the mortar. If there is a water flow on the surface, it should be closed with the help of a suitable plug and the water should be drained.

Mixing: The required amount of water is placed in a clean mixing bucket with the help of a scale and TEKNOREP 500 is added slowly and mixed with a 400-500 rpm mixer for about 4 minutes.

Application Notes / Limitations
• In outdoor applications, the sun should be protected from rain and frost for the first 3 hours.
• Reaction times are affected by ambient and ground temperatures. Reaction times are shortened in hot environments and longer in cold environments.
• Hot mixing water should be used in cold environments.
• In hot environments, iced mixing water should be used.
• During the application of the product, work clothes in accordance with the rules of work and worker health should be worn, and appropriate glasses and masks should be used.
• After the application, it should be protected against adverse weather conditions such as direct sunlight, strong wind, high air temperature (over +35°C), rain and frost. Before the product is fully cured, hands should be cleaned with water and detergent.
• Equipment should be cleaned with water immediately after the application, before it hardens. After the product hardens, it should be cleaned by mechanical methods.
• The prepared mortar is easily applied with the help of a trowel. In multiple coat applications, it should be done after the previous one has hardened. Precautions should be taken against fast drying in open area and large surface applications.
